Liability Waiver
By entering Hacienda Gym you acknowledge that physical training and recovery treatments carry inherent risks. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive any claim against Hacienda Gym, its owners, staff and partners for injuries, illness or losses resulting from your voluntary participation in any activity at the club, including the use of cryotherapy chambers and infrared cabins.
