Free Week Terms
The complimentary first week is offered to pre-registered users only, limited to one per person, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. The free week must be activated within the first 30 days of the official opening. A unique QR code is generated for each user upon pre-registration. Reception will scan and mark your QR as redeemed at your first visit. Hacienda Gym may refuse access for safety, capacity or behavioural reasons.
